•Oversees the entire day-to-day showroom’s operation.
•Responsible for generating sales as per the approved budget and target of the showroom.
•Responsible for the accounting of the daily sales of the showrooms including the depositing of cash to the bank.
•Responsible for handling the customer service elements in the professional manner.
•Responsible for managing the entire showroom’s staff. This involves training, motivating, encouraging and collaborating with the Business Group’s Management Team to create a healthy and productive work environment for the staff.
•Responsible for the training of a highly newly hired staff so they can quickly get up to speed and perform their jobs at a high level of competency.
•Monitors and ensures the time keeping of the staff as per HR policy.
•Responsible for filling up all the employees and customer’s queries regarding the product and services.
•Manages the monthly inventory of the products.
•Manages the marketing materials allotted to the store and ensures its affectivity to the market.
•Ensures Department’s compliance to International Organization of Standardization, Company’s Code of Conduct and Department’s Standard Operating Procedure.
•Familiarize with all product description.
