Work Responsibilities:
1. Preparing a detailed calculation of project quantities as per the Project Specification, approved drawings, and BoQ breakdown.
2. Quantifying the completed works on-site for billing purposes.
3. Preparing the detailed calculation sheets as per the Project BoQ work items and breakdown for Monthly Interim Payment Application.
4. Submission of payment detailed quantities to the Consultant Quantity Surveyor for their review and approval.
5. Updating the detailed quantity calculation sheets based on the approved revised drawings.
6. Calculated the revised BoQ quantities in accordance with the Project specifications and approved drawings.
7. Coordinate with the Consultant Quantity Surveyor if there are any changes made or occurred due to revised drawings or any relevant issue in our calculation.
8. Re-measures the project quantities based on the approved as-built drawings.
9. Calculation of detailed quantities for work items with variation order.
10. Updating the project database in connection with the site progress and revised drawings.
11. Analyzing and monitoring site work progress.
12. Gathering data and information from the site for cost control.
13. Monitoring manpower and equipment daily distribution for the Project.
14. Preparing the monthly progress photographs.
15. Preparing templates for site daily reports and project progress monitoring.
16. Monitoring checklist’s status.
1. Preparation of Project Progress Report i.e. daily, weekly and monthly report.
2. Taking, preparation and submission of monthly progress photographs.
3. Calculate work done quantity based on actual progress on site.
4. Preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment.
5. Coordinate with the Employer, Consultant, and Ministry of Public Works regarding the payment works and other relevant issues in work.
6. Submits and received correspondences and email for distribution to the relevant and concern department.
7. Preparation, submission, and monitoring of work inspection requests for work completed on site.
8. Preparation and submission material approval requests before proceeding in procurement.
9. Supervision of documentation and filing of project records.
10. Installation and monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation in connection with soil stability.
11. Preparation and submission of geotechnical instrumentation reports i.e. weekly and monthly report.
1. Analyze, supervise and implement precast production practices and techniques.
2. Making sure that the quality of our product will not be in jeopardize.
3. Schedule the fabrication and delivery of precast products.
4. Assuring that there will be no delays and problems in our production and delivery time frame.
5. Preparing work inspection requests and coordinate with QA/QC Engineers before proceeding to the next step in production operation.
6. Coordinate with the Project in Charge and Head Office regarding changes in plan and schedule.
7. Checking the availability of materials in warehouse stockyard as per the production schedule and make a follow up for delivery if needed with proper coordination with warehouse staff and procurement department.
8. Coordinate with the motor pool staff and head regarding the equipment and machinery breakdown that might affect our daily operation.
9. Monitoring our batching plant status, production and material stockyard in relation to our production schedule.
10. Preparing subcontractor agreement documents on a project basis.
11. Certify subcontractor payment billing.
12. Estimate of material quantities.
