Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
•Analyze sales figures, customers’ reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product range/stock.
•Working in Sales department and reporting to Sales Supervisor in line with directions issued from time to time.
•Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
•Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
•Liaising with buyers, stores suppliers and distributors.
•Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
•Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
•Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
Preparation of drawings (Electrical & Mechanical) in accordance with design calculations using AutoCAD software.
•Development of details, technical drawings, shop drawings and installation drawings under guidance of Senior Draftsman.
•Ensure that all design inputs and design changes are completely incorporated in drawings.
•Create individual drawings for each project as well as site plans when provided.
•Make necessary revisions to drawings.
•Take measurements of components or equipment and create drawings.
•Perform job functions per company standards.
•Complete accurate working plans, scale drawings and revisions of the projects, integrating engineering drafting methods and procedures with the operation and application of computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software.
•Preparation of As Built drawings based on final dimensional inspection report.
•Ensure the quality of drawings in a way to make it easy to read and error free.
•Responsible for using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
•Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Coordinate with the team in charge of buying merchandise.
•Plan strategies for maintaining the amount of stock needed, and oversee performance.
•Make decision on expenditures, the merchandise and the quantity of the merchandise to be bought.
•In charge of determining which merchandise to stock in certain stores and the manner in which they should be exhibited.
