Responsible for all the specific standard to be followed with compliance to the company standard and for costumer satisfaction. In-charge of recommendation of workers for lay-off or for extension based on their capability and capacity of their job.
Recommend to the superiors for any adjustment or any ideas that would benefit the company. Assure good working relationship between workers and the management to avoid problems that may arise in the company.
