Implementing company policy, site safety rules and regulation, monitor among the workforce amd staff to emsure wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect their own safety, check the pre-qualification of the subcontractor, strictly NO ID no entry polich, NO safety induction NO WORKS for newly workers and staff, also conduct site inspection to ensure that every site activities must have a suitable PTW and other supporting documents like method statement and risk assessment, conduct job hazards analysis for high risk activities susch as working at height and lifting operation, must be pointed out or highlights during the tool box talks or Safety Task Analysis Risl Reduction Talk (STARRT TALK). and explain to the workers what control.measures can be applied to avoid untowards incident.
