• Manage pre-sales and post-sales support for all company brands/products
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations, conducting demonstrations, preparing quotations.
• Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
• 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues such as ADSL broadband issues.
• Handle technical support calls for company brands/products. Maintains technical equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Conduct testing of products on alpha/beta/new releases and provide timely reports on progress of testing and results
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and Procedures.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and materials in order to meet their needs.
• Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives.
• Conceptualize and design visual presentations.
• Resizing of artworks for creative campaigns
• Design, produce production of collateral including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, manuals, signage, charts/graphs, posters, signage.
• Any other marketing / tactical requirements deemed necessary for the betterment of the entities.
