 Preparing the plan for scaffolding work based on the manpower utilization.
 Provide estimates for labor requirement for major scaffolding works including work to be
carried out by contractors.
 Closely monitoring of scaffolding activities at job site like erection, dismantling and
modification.
 Overviewing Clients standard procedures for Harsco to fully comply with the
requirements subject.
 Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team, within the assigned plant area.
 Monitoring the daily work permit before starting the work as per the client requirement.
 Demonstrate the use of safety equipment by conducting safety training and programs.
 Develop and maintain health programs for employees by monitoring and reviewing
medical records.
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations by Inspecting and
Evaluating workplace environments, equipment, and practices.
 Ensure the fire prevention equipment, safety equipment and first aid supplies by
inspecting specified areas.
 Determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future by conducting formal
investigations to identify accidents causes.
 Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures by conducting
Emergency Drill.
 Manage and develop training for new-employee.
 Hold/attend department meetings by providing required information through
presentations and discussions.
 Provide safety orientation, working at height training, PTW training to all company
employees.
 Attending Monthly Contractors meeting in every Site that Harsco operates.
 Reviewing Organization Procedures as per required by company policy.
 Adopt and monitor the safe systems and standards by conducting internal Audits
 Developing comprehensive toolbox talk topics to ensure that all operatives absorb factual
information of what they need to know.
