• Uses computer assisted drafting equipment and software to develop design.
• Creates and revise production drawings using AUTO-CAD 2010 version (detailed and assemble drawing).
• Creates DXF files with layers as used in writing CNC programs.
• Responsible for setting-up and maintaining an organized system for router machine.

• Ability to trouble shoots complex dimensioning system of work pieces.
• Supervise a production crew of operators and fabricators for this manufacturer of camera, microscope and binocular parts and subcontractor for the government and private industries.
• Deliver the highest standards in quality work and productivity levels.
• Manage tight production schedules and Quality Control procedures.

• Lifting heavy equipment using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and lifts.
• Interpreting blueprints, manuals and other work instructions, according to its geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
• Set the machine and load it with the correct cutting tools.
• Recondition engine parts: rebore automotive engine block, grinding crankshaft main and connecting rod journals etc.
• Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools and power tools, in order to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.
