b) responsible installation of all kinds of valve and flange like turn out chamber, block valve chamber and municipal turn out chamber.
c) Installation of cathodic protection (CP) and other electrical work of inspection.
d) Responsibilities of quality control inspection of pipe lying installation prestres concrete cylender pipe(PCCP) with in procedures.
e) Monitoring daily priority schedule for immediate completion.
a) Conducting the visual and all otrher necessary inspection specification in works procedures for all internal and external FBE and #! PE coating.
b) Conduct and request fir inspection (SAIC) to main contructor ensuring that the chronological ITP activity quideline are monitored and having aprove inspection with complete nessary attachment for projectdocuments record.
c) Closed supervision to deminsions and clarification of materials used for equipment installation as per construction specification of FBE powder coating.
d) Checking project allowable FBE coating tolerance every joint coating installation.
e)Maintain good working condition to emphasize credibility
a) Conduct RFI inspection to the cliet inspector.
b) Check the pre- fabricated piping spool no. dimentions and isometric orietation drawing.
c) complete all quality inspection report for subsequent submission to client hand over records.
d) Check all documents all the instrument and tools used for calibration certificate.
e) Responsile in checking plumbing, centering, dimention and elevatio for mechanical equipment installation static or rotating machenery.
As Engineer practitioner involvement I have 10 years of active experience. It includes performing or conducting AFI or RFI inspection as identified in project ITP. Understand the component define from Project PMIS and company Quality Management System QMS. Knowledgeable on the parameters in pre-construction installation, post installation and final inspections for GTG, HRSG, Flare stack, Static equipments, Rotating & machinery, Cooling tower, Belt conveyor system, reclaimer, and Stop logs. Interpret or understand the project construction specification, drawing, method of statement, manuals and if not specify refer to relative international standard. And a person with an aptitude in trouble analysis as well as congregate reports concisely which is essential and reliable for Quality Control documentation & records. Versatile individual, Diligent, motivated and self oriented who combines a strong personal work ethic with principles of team building approach and with absolute defined objectives.
