Troubleshoot Exchange Server 2003, Windows 2003 Server Active Directory. Administer Windows Server 2003 AD, Exchange Server 2003, and ISA Server. Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Server, Perform Security & Policies. Monitor Server Hardware, Run Server Diagnostic Tools Regularly and Security Updates. Setting up New Users Accounts, Email Accounts and Disabling Expired Accounts in Accordance with HR Department policy.
Support Supervisor on Network Devices, Server, Desktop, Hardware and Software. Coordinate with the Respective Project Manager for I.T. Annual Financial Budget, Continues Service Improvements and Some Service Request Escalated Issues. Prepare Reports to every Project Manager the Status of Project and Recommendations of Enhancement on Services offered. Carefully Monitor Service Request Logged by End Users/Clients that shall be Responded and Resolved within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) as Agreed with Various Clients.
