AS CALL CENTER AGENT
Responsible for making cold calls to prospective customer than it is acting as a sales representative on the part of the manufacturer or the service provider.
A call center agents provide customer services to new as well as old customers. In some cases the call center agent calls the new customer in order to sell a particular services.
➢ Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
➢ Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
➢ Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
➢ Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
➢ Meets commitments to customers
➢ Other duties as assigned.
➢ Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
AS A PIZZA MAKER
➢ Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
➢ Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
➢ Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
➢ Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
➢ Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
➢ Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers.
➢ Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
➢ Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables.
➢ Schedule activities and equipment use with managers
➢ Order and take delivery of supplies.
➢ Prepare dough, following recipe.
