DENSO was established in 1949 under Nippondenso Co., LTD in Japan separate entity from Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., is established.
We have 16 diverse nationalities with a total of 40 employees. Despite of the vast cultural differences we are united for our common goal for our sales region.
Our main activity is to expand aftermarket sales and service network in the Middle East and North Africa region. From 2015, our sales responsible area expanded to Pan Africa, in total of 63 countries.
DSMN is continuously developing new business scheme in each market and strengthening our sales channels. Especially Africa, being geographically the 2nd largest continent, market is expected to double the size by 2020. To penetrate each market, we create premium sales network for the benefit of vehicle users by our premium quality aftermarket product and quality services.
Main Duties and
Jumbo Electronics is one of the biggest names in the field of consumer electronics, information technology, telecommunications, home appliances, office automation and entertainment in the UAE and is amongst the first transnational corporations with a well spread out network of more than 30 retail stores and 9 service centers across the emirates.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Well knowledge of E-Mirsal 2, custom processes, Dubai chamber of commerce and Dubai Legalization.
•To handle orders and Telephone /email, coordinate with outdoor sales team, Prepare quotation, proforma Invoice, checking LPO and making sales order from Quotation as per ERP system.
•Update logistics delivery team on delivery schedule
•Participate Gitex event every year and main in charge for handle the Inventory stock with zero discrepancy.
•Conducted research on logistics operations, including literature reviews, interviews and site visits.
•Gathered, logged and monitored all shipping data.
•Deal with internal and external customer in a courteous and professional manner
•Assigned shipments to carriers in the centralized database.
•Supervised the work of transportation personnel.
•Prepared documents for shipment claims submissions.
•Took corrective action in the case of accidents and delays to minimize extra expenses.
•Managed shipment schedules to maximize productivity and cut costs.
•E-mailed suppliers, carriers and customers with shipping updates.
•Received all imported goods and checked product condition and count.
•Wrote reports and gave oral presentations to keep employees up-to-date on company goals and achievements.
•Updated the database with changes in carrier status.
•Prioritized order security, accuracy and on-time pickup and delivery.
Manage administrative job in the company, Assist the owner of the company for flight booking & Hotel booking arrangement, manage the company petty cash cashflow, organize company important files, tracking the company license expiration date, assist customers for their related query
•All check the status of the shipment. Keep follow-up the shipment to the supplier.
•Update the customer for the latest status of the cargo.
•Coordinates with warehouse supervisor and for the latest status of the shipment from Cargo.
•Maintaining all-important documents of the company (specially Business card, photocopy documents, answering mail in respected way).
•Answering the phone call in the nice way.
•Report directly to the owner of the company regarding the company movement and update of business time to time.
Kaizen ) Warehousing Operation, Procurement and Inventory Management
My responsibilities include distribution of all incoming faxes and emails as well as sending all outgoing faxes and emails dispatch.
•Telephone answering and taking messages.
•Arrange business trip Flight Booking and Hotel booking for concern associates
•Prepare and monitor Daily, weekly and monthly report for cashflow, business trip, visa’s, visitor incoming/outgoing and enquiries.
•Daily communication to direct reporting managers for all updates.
•Support other department for administrative job related
•Keeping information of all office staff about the whereabouts.
•Correspondence with client and subcontractor mainly on technical issues.
•Maintaining daily attendance sheet and overtime sheet respectively of all site staff and forwarding it to personnel department for payroll.
