I have two client virtually, 1 USA account and 1 Canada account. Both I handle their small business books of account and all accounting matters. I use the Wave Accounting and Quickbooks Online for accounting software.
* Conduct inventory counting and audit visited restaurant.
* Cash counting and checking the petty cash fund of the store.
* Compute the variances and percentage of waste items.
* Cash count the sales for today visited store.
* Prepare and analyze the inventory movement of the store.
(e.i: Ideal hand stock of store vs Actual inventory)
* Prepare and check the financial report for inventory findings.
*Prepare monthly reports such A/R Recon, Schedule, & Aging,
*Monthly collection report (Check & Cash Collection Report)
*Monthly OFA (Operating Fund Account) & WF (Working Fund) Reconciliation
*Checking, validating and certifying marketing liquidation.
*Preparing the monthly outstanding payable (Janitorial/Security, Rent-Internet, Bldg. Rental, Light/Water and Tel/Fax)
*Adjustment on DM/CM (Debit/Credit Memo) account…
*Monitoring of Student Subsidiary Ledger Accounts
*Daily Cash Count Collection
*Monthly Financial Statement such Statement of Comprehensive Income & Balance Sheet.
*Using Oracle E Business Suite for financial statement and other invoice voucher payable & PSCS Oracle for the student subsidiary ledger accounts.
*Monthly Loan Collection and Sales Collection Report
*Journal Entries of ff: G/L accounts (Coop Members, BnB Botika ng Brgy. & Selling Products)
*Conduct seminars/meetings for Coops Member & BnB Members
*Using software for accounting (Peachtree Accounting Complete)
*Monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet
