Worked closely with Project Designers, and Project Managers in the development of Design Concepts in 2D and 3D form. Understand the concepts and initial design intent. Involves designing of Buildings/Structures conforming to Architectural Styles. Involves interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the Ideas into compelling visual presentations. Lead a team of CGI Staffs, oversee, maintain and takes creative control of Graphic deliverables to meet QA, QC Standards.
Responsible for the development of designs, schematic through final Interior and architectural design, produce digital visuals for design analysis and space planning. Creates 3D visualizations and walkthroughs. Produce tender drawings among a design team for the following projects:
