My responsibility is administrating TNSQM system along with custom implemented products and responsible for system data feed, in addition to analyzing root cause of system / application issues that are monitored during daily operations activities to make sure that system is up and running and investigate issue as soon as they occur and try to fix errors or escalate to L3 (in case required) and support users in case issue/request raised in addition to participating in IBM Customer Experience Management data feed stabilization.
- Creating procedures/packages to cleanse pensioners data- Oracle .
- Creating procedures/packages to Migrate data from old system to new system with new database structure .
- System Installation, configuration, administration and tuning.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Follow up solving problems.
- Maintaining complete backups.
