Involved for handling the project of Modernization of Domestic Electrification of Indian Railway, Lasts From Odisha to Chhatishgarh and MP State ( The Largest project of this type ever in Indian Railway).
Responsible for end-to-end project management, defining project scope & deliverables along with senior management and stakeholders
Developing full-scale project plans and associated documents, submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
Negotiating with other Department Managers for fulfilling resource requirements
Determining the requirement for additional staff and/or consultants and thereby involve in recruitment during project cycle
Tracking project milestones and deliverables
Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned
