BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT _ SALES _ MARKETING_ EVENTS
• Directly reporting to Business Development Director
• Prepare executive department reports submitted to the management.
• Develop forms, special documents required by clients and government bodies. organize important meet- ing, provide executive support, prepare minutes of the meeting when necessary.
• B2B Sales. Generate leads by smart cold calling and making effective calls daily. Meet clients and discuss their requirements. Submit offer, follow up and negotiate to close deals.
• Propose any marketing ideas, campaigns, or activities to help close deals and increase the sales of the company.
• Develop Sales Pipeline to monitor Sales Business.
• Create/Design Marketing Collaterals when needed. Prepare brochures, Flyers, Company Corporate videos and the likes.
• Plan, Organize, and Execute events for the company. Overall in charge of all company events such as Grand Opening, Employee of The Year, Blood Donation Campaign, Exhibitions, and any company gatherings.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
CLIENT RELATIONS
• Maintain relationship with key/VIP clients by regular visit and helps in resolving any issues.
• Attend monthly meetings with key clients. Discuss any concerns, complaints, and operational issues. Prepare Minutes of the Meeting. Cascade the concerns to all concerned Department, follow up and make sure that the concerns are being addressed.
• Propose activities that will help strengthen the relationship with clients. (Service sponsorship, client appreci- ation to our staffs, participates in client events)
TENDER
• Helps in preparing extensive and winning TENDER DOCUMENTS (Qatar Foundation, Katara, Bein, Hamad Medical, etc.)
• Study and review complex Tender Documents. Summarize important requirements for proper costing. Cascade all the Tender requirement to al concerned Department. Follow up other Departments.
• Prepare customized Tender Technical presentations (Power Point). Deliver Tender technical Presentations to the clients.
• Improve and develop Tender Technical documents from standard to winning documentation.
OTHER SPECIAL TASKS
• Act as focal point, over-all coordinator for special projects. Organize regular meeting and making sure all Departments are updated and on-time with the task assigned to them.
• Ministry Of Interior classifications - over all in charge in preparing the required documents, coordination
to all departments in the company.
• Provide executive support and handle delicate and confidential tasks from Company Owner and Directors.
