Duties include external posting of open positions, evaluating candidates to ensure they meet company hiring standards, and preparing offer letters.

Answer customer enquiries for courses on time
Discuss and report to the Training Manager and/or General Manager enquiries received for courses which are not scheduled, or questions that require technical advice
Prepare and promptly submit training plans as per customers’ training requirements
Address queries and requests received from customers via email and phone call
Monitor the work of course coordinators and perform departmental rounds
Maintain an organized filing system for all enquiries, work orders and related documents
Monitor all urgent and pending tasks & work orders, and liaise with concerned departments to facilitate required actions
Communicate important or urgent issues directly to the General manager & Training Manager
Think of ways of presenting good company image and help organize on information campaign.
Distribution to branches and authorized person the data’s, plans, memos, launching strategies and other related facts in order that the section can move competitively.
Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.
Prepares promotional budget. Supply back up materials with information review.
Quality assurance. Ensures the correctness of the special ordered cakes before releasing.
Give timely report on condition whether branches have good ongoing sales.
Responsible in making and distribution of receipts of chocolate orders for branches.
Establish work procedures and keep track of the daily work of other staff.
Liable in communicating with branches for their special orders.
Order and dispense supplies.
Maintain a daily and monthly report of chocolate orders from branches
Responsible in monitoring the registration of customers motorcycle
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming documents for processing of registration.
Submit weekly report of registration thru email to branches.
Open and read incoming mails and prepare answers to letters.
Communicate and liaise verbally between customers/enquirers and staff from branch and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and complaints over the phone or in person.
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone system.
File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
Regular updating of data/information on software program for Recruitment and Compensation.
Encoding newly hired personnel’s data into the program.
Responsible in issuing Contracts, Personnel Action Notice and memos re violations of Code of Conduct.
Updating and preparing the latest plantilla for use of the different outlets and HRD.
Assign in providing id’s and nameplates for new employees.
Assisting recruitment in sorting and segregating of applicants resume.
Monitoring and filing all documents such as: requirements, contracts, personnel action notices, and memos to all the employee’s 201 Files
Assist Recruitment in calling and scheduling applicants for their exams and interviews.
Responsible for checking the work of on-the job trainees coming from different schools.
