•Collections & Follow-up Payments for Dues & Past dues accounts
•Process & Evaluate loan applications (new & old members)
•Process Encumbrances of Chattel & Real Estate

•Maintain Hitting Monthly Sales Target/product displacement
•Find new possible stores/market
•Maintaining good relation between customers
•Making sure documents & reports were submitted on time
•Balance in Remittance & Other Expense liquidation

•Incharge of Receiving incoming stocks
•Making invoice/reports/credit memo’s
•Incharge of making VAN CSL (Customers Service Level) Report for Van Salesman Suggested Order/loading.

•Collecting, release and receiving checks
•Responsible for making voucher for employees cash advances
•Responsible for making statement of accounts for customer.
