 Assisting in the development of council policies and procedures and ensure they are put into
practice, making sure that local services are delivered effectively.
 Approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor
 Making sure that any item which is removed from a display column is replaced immediately after a
sale.
 Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and offers.
 Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the store.
 Responsible for the daily management of the till in the absence of the senior members

 Meeting and greeting customers when they enter the shop.
 Receiving deliveries from suppliers

 Responsible for greeting, receiving and seating of guest.
 Responsible for delivering food, drinks, silverware and condiments to the guest rooms to fulfill guest
orders.
 Wheels the tray into the guest room with the guest’s approval, sets up the table, open platters and
identifies each portion and check back to remove the cart.
 Preparing table, wiping cutlery, glasses, plates for efficient serve and stock.
 Responsible for stocking supplies for orders.
 Deliver packages that arrive for a guest and take care of guest’s dry cleaning orders.
 Done housekeeping in the restaurant.
