• Fully responsible on documents conformity; apply document quality measures as per ISO 9001-2000 and all auditable measures on document management.
• Processing, recording & updating payment certificates for contractors, consultants, project manager & other as requested
• Manage Department’s archiving system including inventories and records.
• Meets the Director of Property Development’s administrative needs.
• Manage secretarial support for the team.
• Build an understanding of relevant processes and procedures that relate to the operational demands of the Department.
• Comply with those procedures, maintain confidentiality at all times and recommend improvement and enhancement as applicable.
