I was responsible for setting up a Marketing and Communications Department for the UCS Schools and managing it.
I successfully recruited and trained staff to fit in as team members for successful coordination of Marketing and Communications for the four branches of the school in two cities in Ghana.
I developed a marketing plan that helped to attract top tier teachers, new students and retain existing teachers and students.
I coordinated communications with parents and guardians and set up a system for direct contact to keep parents updated on their wards' activities and general school information.
I also developed concept for the school's 20th anniversary celebrations across four campuses.
The school's first ever virtual graduation ceremony during the Covid-19 pandemic was designed and coordinated successfully by my team and I.I
I graduated with distinction and was an active member of various student groups that volunteered for community projects and provided communications advise for various student associations.
