Identified crane defective and malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and repaired the crane for identified malfunctions and defects.
Ensured complete paperwork for job tickets and service quality summaries.
Know how to operate the different kinds of crane for loading and unloading the materials and equipment
Handle specialized equipment such as Shearline cutting machince, Bending machine, spiral machine.
Tends power shear that cuts metal objects, such as sheets, plates, billets or bars, to specified length: Lifts workpiece manually, or by hoist or crane, to machine bed or roller table.
Shear metal to specified circular or curved dimensions.
Starts machine clamps the workpiece lower blades to cut metal.
Know how to operate the touchscreen KRB shearline machine to set a program then start to cut the steel bar.
Always wear safety gloves, helmet, shoes & uniform before operating
a machine.
Always check the machine such as bearings, shafting, electrical wires
& chains before starting up the machine.
Put grease all the necessary parts of the machine & put oil to the gears,
chains at least twice a week.
Clean the machine and the working area after working.
If some parts of the machine is damage report immediately to the factory manager/supervisor to avoid production loss
Know to cut and bent the steel bar
