* Focus on the special package items, European suppliers which their contracts to provide the projects with high technology items like carbon fiber ceiling (PCT co.), golden lanterns & chandeliers (LOV co.), stainless steel handrails & screens (RIVA co.), and bronze gates StrassAcker co.).
* As a section head assigned in Saudi Bin Laden Group Company, I had the responsibility to establish, develop, and deployment Comprehensive project management Process in the Haram project, particularly which are related to the special package items.

* Handling the Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Cost Estimation, Change Management, Contract Management excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Conducting Reviewing and studies the liabilities of the contract between the main contractor and the sub-contractors.
* Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
* Managing the special package contracting processes, payment certificates, claims.
* Applying of Quantitative Risk Analysis(QRA) techniques and tools on the risks which its need Quantitative analysis
* Applying the risk management process to all PMO undertakings. establishing, updating, and monitoring the risk management systems employed by the business. This includes the development of risk management procedures and plans which address: risk types; risk impact/likelihood scales for assessing risks; risk tolerance criteria; escalating risks to higher management attention and to facilitate decision-making; and populating, reviewing, and commenting on the content of risk registers..
* Apply risk improvement process to ensure the effectiveness of risk process on the company as whole.
* Monitoring and Coordinate with them to control the delivery dates and put the project on the line and avoid any delay especially after corona crisis.
Mr. Riad plays many roles in this project: Projects manager, Under general supervision, participates in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments including development of project plan, schedules, and construction method, follow up the construction contracts & claims, we worked as sub-contractor with SBG in many projects, Haram, KAIA, Jeddah tower, our scope was to supply & apply all cleaning system like monorails - and any steel structure related them -, cleaning machines:
* Plan and Develop the Project Idea, work with internal stakeholders and external clients to define that concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks.
* Lead the project team to meet the client expectations, keep open and honest communications between all team members and solve the issues that arise.
* Reviewing and developing the project plan, monitor and control the project progress.
* Monitoring and controlling the project budget to perform the project without excessive spending.
* Evaluate Project Performance, efficiency and effectiveness.
* Participating in estimating project items and evaluating items commercially and technically.

I worked as a Roads designer, survey manager :
* Our department at head office Jeddah was responsible for checking all roads design & site grading, and quantity survey for earth work & paving layers at four projects King Saud university of health sciences (Riyadh - Jeddah - Hasa - Madinah).
* After that we were transferred to Riyadh, I designed all of (access roads & grading) at mobilization area at Princess Noura university (Riyadh), one million square meter area contains two major roads with length 2500 meters and eight minor roads with length 400 meters, we minimized the Cut & Fill quantities to the minimum limit 731000 m3 to make cost saving.
* Then I worked as a survey manager responsible for most of the Princess Noura university project, manage eighteen surveyors in single students buildings and recreation centers.
I worked as a site surveyor with Railway company at Aleppo Alraie project railway project.
