Initiate Company Rules & Regulation in order all staff be aware. • Prepares cost and material quantity estimates. • Reviews and reports progress of projects (Turnkey plant RO, WWTP, ETP, MBBR and STP) and results. • Supervise commissioning of desalination plant and WTP
Supervise O&M of WWTP with capacity of 2800 m3/ d in the site T’PAP with guarantee of results (POULINA HOLDING) SFAX-Tunisia

Plans and organize visits according objectives with Sales Associate Support
Negotiates, sells and signs contracts
- Plant installation, commissioning, process and site operations,
- Monitoring the daily Operation of the WWTP.
- Coordination with suppliers and quality control on process related issues.
- Directs efforts to reduce variation, and mitigate risks to eliminate downtime, and create cost savings for plant operations.
- Optimize and ensure the proper functioning of water-treatment plant
- Coordinate issuance of daily and monthly reports with customer and supplier.
- Performs preventative & curative maintenance, installations and modifications as needed or requested by customers
-Industrial safety and ISO management.
-Participate to the development of technical solutions in the plant.

- Site surveys, plant installation, commissioning, and operations
- Performs preventative maintenance and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Maintenance of plant equipment and ensure that well maintained.
• Desalination Plant by Reverse Osmosis :
- Installation and commissioning of desalination plant R.O
- Monitoring the daily Operation of the plant.
- Performs operational training of equipment to customer at site location as needed.
- Calibration of the Plant Analyzers was done on routine basis.
- Coordination with suppliers and quality control on process related issues.
- Coordinate issuance of daily and monthly reports with customer and supplier.
- Performs the Cleaning Process of reverse osmosis RO membranes.

- Correct deviations and gaps dosages of chemicals in the water treatment for existing process facilities.
- Observe the standards and legal requirements that apply to their area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
