• Extra task: monitors the quality inbound calls received by the call center representatives

Key responsibilities:
• Welcomes guests with an energetic aura
• Provides full admin support to department
• Performs data entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
• Receives calls and answers queries
• Creates and maintains useful databases for the department
• Conducts some research duties when required by the department
• Assist the Department Head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the department
