• Analyze the stock movements using Oracle inventory system & WMS Exceed System, review and maintain all relevant records relating Inbound & outbound stock movement as per Audit and Finance requirements.
• Responsible to maintain book value and physical value of the stock through monitoring both physical and system inventory movements. Should be able to explain to Auditors, Finance and Management for any deviation in the process or stock variances.
• Responsible to maintain 100% accuracy in transaction documents, packing list and physical stock issued out and correct quantities are deliveries as per the documents in order to make sure shipment clearance from the customs in various outstations are carried out without penalties, fines.
Supervising day to day warehouse operation and ensure the orders are delivered on time and scheduling the Inbound after considering the storage space. Also make sure that KPI's are 100%.
Coordinating with shipping companies and making the necessary documentations for Import and Export.
