 Contribute to ensure the operability (e.g. control and monitoring systems, alarm management, safe isolation, draining and cleaning) of equipment by participating in HAZOP and model reviews.
 Validate the commissioning and start up plan for the assigned area.
 To lead the involvement of operating team in the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
 To instill a culture of high HSE awareness in the operations team i.e. ensure Permit- to- work compliance and appropriate job safety analysis.

 To execute the operations plan and ensure manpower availability in carrying out tasks according to the plan.

 To lead the team of operators in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

 To arrange the raw materials as per requirements & to review of the cost of operation of the production sections by controlling productivity of equipment consumption of chemicals.
