Designing & Supervising of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting System to residential buildings, commercial & residential towers, school & college, Star Hotels, Hospitals, Bank etc. with the help of respective standards.
HVAC, Plumbing & firefighting design and support activities involves (According to ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, and NFPA).
• Cooling Load/Heat Load Calculations for various applications as Carrier E-20 II & HAP Load estimation.
• Designing of Duct as carrier E-20 II duct sizing with HAP.
• Calculation of static pressure, CFM, GPM, number of GI sheets.
• Selection of Diffusers, Exhaust Fans, Motors etc.
• Kitchen ventilation make ups Air System Design Calculation.
• Smoke Management system by complying the ASHRAE & NFPA.
• Chilled water piping calculation, pump head calculation and Expansion tank calculation.
• Plumbing System Calculation which includes pump head calculation, Pipe sizing and Selection of pumps as per codes & project specifications.
• Firefighting system calculation which includes hydraulic calculation, head/head loss calculation, pipe sizing, distribution of sprinklers, fire hose cabinets & selection of pumps in compliance with NFPA & civil defense requirements.
• Capable to draft and produce Design & shop drawings related to HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting, using software package AutoCAD.
• Also having general exposure to building codes and other general codes related to HVAC along with plumbing system & fire protection (ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, NPC, IPC, NFPA, ASME, BS, etc.)

1. I was responsible for transmittable of materials and accessories like Drainage (pipes & fittings, Submersible pumps etc.), water(pipes & fittings, Pump room details etc.), HVAC equipment s( ducting, insulation, grilles & diffuser, Chiller pumps, AHU's, FCU's and exhaust fans & fresh air fans etc.).
2. I was responsible also in Heat load & cooling load estimation, calculation of CFM, distribution of CFM, Duct designing, GPM calculation, Pipe sizing, Frictional loss calculation, Pump head calculation, Chiller Pump selection, Pressure tank calculation & selection, A/C Equipment selection(chillers, package, split etc.), grilles and diffuser selection with the coordination of all trades as Architect, electrical etc.
3. I used to prepare the detailed shop drawings coordinated with other trades & disciplines for all the Mechanical systems as HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting.
