Initiate and Participate in inventory Cycle counts/API counts audit
process follow-up and close audit findings and documentation.
Maintenance of Asset register, tracking E-trs accordingly
Supporting Billing, Finance and Ops on managing Costs, NBVs, of
Assets/Inventory items.
Facilitates usage of slow moving and obsolete inventory.
Supervise team of inventory specialists.
Conduct periodic / annual physical counts of Fixed Assets in SAG.
Performs reconciliation and lead on annual Fixed Asset count.
Handles special projects, as assigned
Adherence to HSE&S policies and procedures for Inventory /Assets
Movements.
follow the BHOS procedures on inventory/Assets management
Coordinates or point of contact for Material related issue for
designated Product line includes training, guidance and coaching to
Operation teams.
Analyzes Inventory level & maintain an adequate inventory level.
Supervise maintenance activities
Develop and manages budget compliance, make recommendation
on work place & tooling requirements
Responsible for planning, co-ordination & direction of all
maintenance operation up to & including installation of equipment
preventive maintenance & facility /equipment repair to support
operation
Responsible for inspection of all lifting equipment.
Conduct safety meetings& Risk Assessment in the ware house
Responsible for safe mobilization of on/off location & maintain
record
Monitor performance competency of workforce
Conduct rescue/fire drill on monthly basis at facility
Initiate and coordinates corrective actions within P/L as needed.
Responsible to maintain a trained workforce and insure compliance
with company policies and safety standards.
Responsible & ensures competent technical workforce to conduct
business. Handles special projects, as assigned
Participate in HS&E Audits and ensure work is carried out in
accordance with Company HSE policies and procedures
Involve in Facility Visit & Hazard Hunt exercises with country
management to improve safety Culture
Involve in Geo Market HS&E safety campaigns
Looking after MWD surface system & maintaining inventory of drilling system.
Maintaining PAK ASSET register monthly basis for Drilling system.
Maintaining physical cycle count of Surface system (SLS & MWD) in SAP.
Provide Technical assistance to the operational department in surface Logging system
Managing and directing the support team for the Installations of Various electrical electronics & mechanical Equipment and Installations.
To stream line and maintain a quality management system of maintenance and service of Baker Hughes Products.
Ensuring maintenance of all instrumentation and control systems.
Direct and Manage Initial Rig up of unit at the well site at the start of well, onshore and offshore.
Plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and provide supervision for the activities of Instrument maintenance, repairs, projects and modification work including both on sites and off sites locations as assigned
Completing routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance and installation.
Carry out inspection of the maintenance, in the workshop and at the well site.

Completed Master degree with High Honours Master Thesis on Information System and System Analysis. (Excellent Defense Grade Awarded “A” Sept 2003)
