• Helped set up the Proceq Middle East office in 2008.

• Successfully established a Regional Service Center in U.A.E., to ensure that customer satisfaction is enhanced through efficient after-sales service delivery and thereby adding another revenue channel through sales of services and spares.
• Successfully established distribution channels in Qatar, Oman, South Africa and Nigeria, with renowned companies in the respective countries, and now witnessing business growth year on year.
• Set up Customer Relationship Management using the SAP system, which now allows us to service new and existing customers easier.
