Project Director responsible for the consultancy services to develop a Local Water & Wastewater Master Plan (LMP) for the Southern, Water Distribution Sector (WDS), Asir, Jazan, Al Baha and Najran region which will be integrated with the ongoing National Water and Wastewater Master Plan (NMP) for the Kingdom of Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Focal point between the consultant and the Ministry of Environmental Water & Agriculture (MEWA).
Managing the consultant team and ensuring that the required submissions are deliverables on-schedule completion
Attended and contributed to the Weekly and Specific Meetings.
Prepare Weekly/Monthly Progress Report in accordance with MEWA contract.
Ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed.
contributed to project control meetings reporting on progress, planning and coordination issues.
Evaluates potential project risks and decides appropriate mitigation(s) through discussion with (MEWA) Project Management Team, Task Leaders and QA/QC Specialist.
•Responsible for oversee the firm and search for new develop projects in Central America
•Preparation and submissions of tendering procedures
•Handle public relationships with Clients, Ministries, Board Directors and Funding Agencies to built, improve and expand the firm in Central America
•Overall supervision of the personnel assigned to the regions and managing International consulting firms
•Complete monthly reports monitoring the supervision and financial performance
•Manage the International utility personnel team (USA, UAE, Jordan and India) to assure quality deliverables.
•Evaluate corridor requirements and develop road cross-sections showing allocated utility distribution with services corridors.
•Establish conformance with applicable Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planner in Doha, Qatar (MMUP) under the Transport and Infrastructure department of the typical road cross sections with utility corridors.
•Review and approval utilities assessment reports
•Manage the utility personnel team to assure quality deliverable.
•Provide Project Management Plan, technical support and Inter-discipline check reviews.
•Responsible to the delivery the utility designs from a concept stage, through detail design with a complete project documents preparation.
