I’ve been involved as Marketing Project Leader in a cross functional project aiming to develop a new to provide banking services towards sale network and customers. As Product Manager I manage Saving/Checking Accounts and Time Deposits with main focus on product innovation and customer acquisition.
Daily activities:
− marketing analysis and data monitoring
− interactions with IT, Legal, Organization, Operation to set up products/services
− pricing and budgeting
− reporting to middle and top management
− sale force technical training
As Customer Experience Project Manager I designed marketing campaigns aiming to boost customer satisfaction and retain customers, particularly at product expiry date or against market contingency or crisis
As Customer Satisfaction Manager Assistant I was involved in a project aiming to Customer Satisfaction Guide Lines Internationalization: from Group’s Best practices study to master plan and C.S. survey editing. I also organized events aimed to spreading C.S. culture throughout the whole organization
I worked as Junior Product and Sales Manager of household and cosmetic goods in B2C (direct sales) and B2B market:
− selection of suppliers and contract negotiation;
− selection of new products or reengineering of existing products;
− logistics and stock scheduling;
− pricing definition;
− market analysis;
− interactions with communication agencies to define packaging, promotional material and advertising;
− sale force performance analysis;
− sale force technical training.
