• Processing and storing/encoding of hardcopy/softcopy files of all engineering materials and equipment.
• Prepares purchase request construction materials to the respective suppliers based on the request of the department.
• Coordinates delivery of assets to the warehouseman / storekeeper for safekeeping and checks actual count/quality of delivered items based on the D.R. / S.I. from the supplier.
• Inventory of assets based on the actual physical count vs. on the stored system application data and surveys in the event of loss, damage, or destruction of accountable assets.
• Doing field work canvassing to different suppliers for comparison of price and quality of assets.
• Performs administrative duties directly given by the Service Engineer and other related tasks.
• Prepares material request for approval and purchases made directly to the supplier for immediate issuance to the requestor.
• Monitors and provides status information of the material request.
• Request verification and acceptance of purchased items.
• Prepares petty cash reports, material request payments, completion reports and other related purchasing documents.
• Inventory and surveys the event of loss, damage, or destruction of assets.
• Acting storekeeper / warehouseman.
• Performs administrative duties directly given by the Site Manager and other related tasks.
