Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing technical support to customers thru emails, phone calls and site intervention by verifying issues of breakdown equipment and problem descriptions.
2. Conduct/maintain technical reports, records/files, spreadsheets and databases.
3. Search/follow-up possible / perspective local and international suppliers.
4. Update BMS regarding with cannibalized machines and spare parts. Monitor machines need to be restored.
5. Update database and maintain records of spare parts modifications by code and assembly.
6. Monitor BMS to ensure that items encoded/deductions are equivalent to the actual items (codes, descriptions, quantity, locations and status).
7. Prepare for ordering and procuring of spare parts, operational equipment supplies for coffee machines.
8. Corresponds to verbal/email inquiries for spare parts and operational supplies.
9. Make Proforma and Invoices of such inquiries.
10. Update/provide all necessary technical file/documents (exploded drawings, technical specifications, service manuals, forms, etc…) with soft and hard copies for technician references.
11. Make internal or forecast schedule/calendar of Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS).
12. Register newly arrived machines/spare parts/operational supplies to BMS. 13
13. Support technicians to any related technical jobs required.
14. Monitor company vehicles and maintain records to Database. Coordinate with service advisors for any car service breakdown and maintenance.
