• Maintenance on dredger, All dredging equipment, from pumps, cuters repair, tumble sheaves, spud-cylinders, spud carrier cylinders, suction/delivery pipes, swivels on the back from dredger, docking, multi-cats also, until engines maintenance.

Profile:

My duty as a head skipper with 14 years' experience, onboard of cuter suction dredgers is: Supervision of all Ship and Crew Activities. Final Responsibility on Board.
• Implementation and Execution of the Company Management System, Company Policy. Co ordination of Crew Activities. - Yearly Appraisal of the Crew.
• Consultation with Project Manager regarding Vessel's Production and Working Methods and Safety on the Project.
• Checks and Maintains All Applicable Rules and Regulations On Board.
• Optimizing of Production and Continuity of the Vessel.
• Keeps Ship's- and Personnel Administration Updated.
• Complies with All Applicable Laws and Regulations.
• Prepares a yearly Review in consultation with Technical Superintendent and Project.
• Ensures that Maintenance is Carried Out in an Eficient and Most Economical Manner as per Instructions of the Technical department.
• Contacts Project and TD about Ship and Crewing Related Issues.
• Trains and Familiarizes.

Start as General Manager after Managing Director from 2020.

Oretol Ltd Beaver 6525 and Booster 1825 KW and Multi-cat 1450.

Mostly 3 year and 2 months until now. I negotiated by IHC Nederland's, for the customer for the cuter suction dredger Beaver 6525 and Booster 1825 kw and Multi-cat 1450 and did transport to Nigeria and started the project. After I start up dredging project and learn the locales dredging and run the reclamation and the project. Period: 2019 Dec / Juni 2020
