● Handling budgeting and controling food cost at the Kitchen
● Preparing breakfast lunch and dinner
● Organizing Food Menu and to be discuss to the Family when they had a guest ● Making sure the Ingredients are Fresh and properly stored
● Maintaning Cleanliness at Kitchen all the time
● Working at Restaurants European Italian Cuisine
● Making food for alacarte room service
● Making food from Starter to Main Course
● Cooking steaks fish risotto pasta and pizza
● Minimize time when busy
● Patiently Hardworking
● Handling omellette breakfast station
● Assisted in ordering and control of inventory
● Fallowing proper methods of closing and opening kitchen
● Fallow directions and maintain good work relationships with staffs
● Manage and maintain a clean working environment
● Fallowed management rules and covid19 protocol
● Use to be a reliever when Head Chef (outlet) off duty
● Complete all work assigned by the Head Chef any section of the kitchen
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Worked at Liquid Pool and Lounge and Sand Bar
● Preparing mis-en-place for banquets
● Assisting Chefs to make food for function or events
● Season and cook food according to recipes
● Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently
● Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and dry goods
● Clean and sanitize production equipment work surfaces and kitchen
Responsible for food pre-preparation
● Assigned in food dispatching
Responsible for cleaning and washing dishes
● Assisting chefs for daily operations
