All the day to day HR issues - terminations, lateness, disciplinaries, investigate complaints.
Working closely with line managers to ensure the communication and consistent application of employment condition, company policy and procedures across all Departments in Support Services division.
Coordination and Management of Support Services Liaisons Officers to ensure Human Resources Services, as well as Company Policies and Procedures are effectively communicated across all junior levels of staff across all Support Services Departments.
In conjunction with QA Managers ensure all Support Services staff living and working conditions are of an acceptable company standard.
Advise and Assist with disciplinary, performance and personal counseling.
Record staff movement
Follow up for swift and effective recruitment
Maintain and update vacation forecasts, replacement planning and timely positioning of appropriate replacements.
Coordinate transfer of assets and personnel with the logistic department.
Monitor and maintain all the records of material purchased related to employees (uniforms, PPE…)
