Responsibilities include:-
- Management of operational budgeting
- Effective management of ISM code and EHSQ
- Eensure vessels comply with flag state and class requirements
- Planning annual offshore budgets to include running, maintenance, repair, dry-docking, crewing, logistics and victualling
- Control / review / logistic planning for sub contracted supporting operational fleet
- Review and respond to vessel EHSQ meetings and resulting communication
- Review Vessel Improvement planning per quarter to ensure targets are being met
- Review vessel feedback reports and conduct conferencing to ensure standards and policies are attained and operational standards are being met
- Maintain a close working relationship with the vessel Captains / Party Managers and crews while providing guidance and motivation
- Monitor EHSQ/QA statistics and assist in producing annual EHSQ targets and objectives together with sustainable KPI's
- Conduct management review meetings. Produce action plans as a result
- Review future emerging contracts
- Review continual development and operation of offshore preventive maintenance culture
- Continually review & monitor purchase and requisitions in conjunction with procurement / finance departments
Responsibilities included:-
- Manage Logistics & Liaison between Ship Owners
- Implement crew change for seismic and supporting vessels
- Review & adherence of annual budget control
- Continue to appraise profit & loss trends against actual / planned
- Contribute & compliance in QHSE
- Appraisals for key senior crew members
- Auditing and ISM compliance of seismic / supporting vessels
- Develop and implement maintenance timelines to minimize technical downtime
- Review of tenders
- Liaison between in country agents and procurement
Tender Bid Reviews
- Opex realisation - predicted survey costing
- Sales Handover reviewing
- Internal / External Close out presentation reviews
- External project close outs with client base
