• Fire Fighting Design:
- Concept design, calculation and estimations.
- Sprinkler, fire suppression and fire zoning in accordance with NFPA and French standards.
• 3D modeling BIM through Revit MEP.
• Advanced technical knowledge and experience in Designing hospital critical spaces such as operation rooms, airborne infection isolation room, protective environment, laboratories, imagery department, Laundry and CSSD.
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Data center mechanical systems such as continuous cooling of server rooms, UPS and battery rooms using thermal storage tanks. Positive displacement cooling of server rooms using down flow CRAH units.
• Inspection, supervision and submittal reviews
• Good and effective communication skills with contractors.
• Troubleshooting or evaluating the system to increase maximum performance.
• Assist Chief Engineer in determining the technical requirements of the project, defining resource requirements to achieve schedule and budget commitments, and solving technical issues as they arise within the field of competence.
• Project Planning and division of responsibilities to insure on-time project completion.
• Project design brief to establish the concept of the MEP systems proposed.
