Supervising a team of 4 people including graphic designers, web developer and a
photographer to ensure the best content is being created for social media pages
• Creating copywriting content for social media posts and website content

• Liaising with several TV channels and making advertising

• Visiting the branches to assure the visual merchandising is

• Replying to all messages, feedback, questions and inquiries

• Assessing Syrian refugees all over the mount Lebanon territory through household visits and conducting interviews with them
• Providing an information session regarding the services the UN provides
• Gathering legal cases involving the refugees in order to solve their problems
• Working with a legal team in order to provide them with the gathered cases
