1. Review & Evaluates all the documents received to the clients (BOQ, Specs. Drawings & Tender Docs.)
2. Preparing all the documents to be attached required in the enquiry items.
3. Preparing tender & procurement enquiry for subcontractors & suppliers using CCS program.
4. Preparing the list of Subcons & Supplier & coordinating between the concerned material requester & the vendors.
5. Follow-up all the enquiries for tender & procurement stage.
6. Evaluate the received quotations / bids, technical & commercial offer.
7. Preparing comparison sheet among the quotation received.
8. Prepare Estimation using CCS program of the Tenders as well as being capable of taking off BOQ from the design drawings.

1. Preparing Structural & General Arrangement plan of multi-storey bldg. using Auto-CADD.
2. Preparing Post tension Plan for slab and Reinforced Concrete detailing.
3. Preparing & developing sections and layout for the structure.
4. Detailing of bldg Plan & section in structural plan
5. Ensuring that the designed plan is properly in order. And no works to be done without proper approval. For primary slab (Post tensioning and Reinforced Concrete).
6. Conducting quality control and safety inspection on the site.
7. Coordination of all external services (MEP) such as HVAC, ENVAC, Drainage, Electrical, etc. that needs for structural design.
8. Making reports and evaluate all gathered data.

1. Preparing Program of Work for Municipal & Barangay projects.
2. Preparing Detailed Estimate for Municipal Funded project, like Farm to Market Roads (Concrete, Asphalt, Graveled road), Drainage Structure (RCBC, RCPC, Spillway), Irrigation (SWIP, Diversion Dam & Canals), School Building, Improvement & Rehabilitation of Building structure, etc.
3. Preparing Architectural & Structural design & analysis using Auto-CADD & Microsoft Office for any project.
4. Approving of Architectural & Structural Plan for Building Permit requirement.

Field Engineer
1. Project/Site Engineer for National funded projects such as DPWH, DAR, NIA, and other agency. Projects that I handled are horizontal structure (Road Pavements, Bridges, Dams, SWIP, RCBC, RCPC for Irrigation), and vertical structure (school, Government buildings for repair and new construction.
2. Conducting surveying works for proposed project (Topography, Profile)
3. Construction monitoring & supervision for all projects that are implemented.
4. Quality and Quantity Inspector for materials and work accomplishment of all projects.
5. Do all reports and preparing documents that are needed in the projects, such as Bid docs, work accomplishment & inspection report, etc.
6. Conducting quality control and safety inspection on the site.
7. Attending all the necessary trainings, conventions, meetings, & seminars.

1. Preparing Architectural & Structural Design using Auto-CADD & other software.
2. Signed and sealed of Architectural & Structural Plan for Building Permit requirement.
3. Project Management & Supervision of the project.
