Worked in Denmark on Siemens - Amrunbank project, inspection performed on turbine
lifting points - eyebolts, ladders, hook on points, beams and first aid equipment.
* Assisted with Quality matters at 3Sun house, Great Yarmouth with regards to Talisman -
Oil and Gas Draw Module, FAT witness in-house with comments and improvements to
current performance.
* Assisted in writing procedures for lifeboat inspection and NDT of drilling tools

* Working primarily with (but not restricted to) the following suppliers: Drilling
contractors, Service suppliers and rental companies, Specialist equipment
companies (DD, LWD, MWD, Wireline etc), Coil tubing units, Lifting and handling
gear companies, Casing and tubing service suppliers and OCTG stock. Carrying out
various checks including witnessing assembly of equipment, pressure testing, tool
makeups and final inspection of both equipment and documentation.
* Working in Egypt, maintaining processes and schedules. Witness testing, assembly
and traceability. Working with various size drillpipe and verifying documentation
and witnessing NDT/Dimension inspection as per Customer ITP.
* Working in manufacturing mills in Vallorec, France. Witness and responsible for
expediting, documentation review and following process and drill pipe and
accessories (Couplings, Pup Joints, etc). Witness of material testing and NDT
(MPI, DP, UT, ET etc).
* Working in Nigeria assessing vendors and surveillance of vendors to implement
safety and quality systems, expediting of materials.
Stork Technical Services are contracted by various clients in the oil and gas industry to
provide technical assurance and quality in regards to expediting, inspection, witness and
documentation verification.
* Working in Hertfordshire at Cortland Fibor, witnessing Umbilical Jumper FAT,
documentation verification, dimensional checks as per FAT and expediting.
* Working in Great Yarmouth at SPS to perform FAT on concrete mattresses.
* Working in Tyco Integrated Solutions for Dana Petroleum performing FAT on Chemical
Injection Packages, Pressure testing, Flow readings and measurements. P&ID checks.
Working with ATEX and PED requirements. Packing and Marking with final inspection
performed.
* Inspection at RP Valves, Thetford, UK. Release of Various valves for required client.
Documentation package and visual inspection performed.

commensurate with the criticality and level of inspection required
* Participates with the contractor specialist personnel at the vendors pre-award/pre-
inspection meetings

* Working as an Inspection Technician performing inspection on various components on
Wind Turbines. Working at SSE - Greater Gabbard project in Lowestoft, UK.
* Applying Oxifree coating inside the Turbines for protection against corrosion after NDT
has been performed on welds.
* Assisting O&M (Operations and Maintenance) in installation of new Davet Cranes offshore.

* Worked in Vallourec Mill (France) expediting and inspecting various drill pipe, couplings

Drifting, Make-up and shipping and packaging. Mechanical Testing (Charpys, Tensile) also

* Working in Esbjerg, Denmark to do pre-shipping checks on MPD Equipment. This included
GC Tracer Equipment, various valves, pups, crossovers, gauges, iron work and manifolds.
* Working in Italy, witness UT of Fastlock connector with mechanical testing (Dong Energy).
* Working to schedules and creating weekly reports to client regarding equipment status
and any outstanding items (Dong Energy).

various occasions witnessing threading, NDT, testing and final documentation review
