Responsibility:
• Responsible for planning development and implementation of all the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal
• Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing communications and public relations

• Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
• Developed and implement the new corporate identity & ensure the appearance consistency of all organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc
• Handling all ATL, BTL, & Online activities in addition to arranging for media campaigns
• Ensure the implementation of the new CI across all corridors within the organization
• Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends
• Leads projects as assigned from handling the Call Centre, Customer Support, Customer Service, Complaints and recently the newly established Archiving System
• Develop, recommend and responsible for the short and long term plans & budgets for the marketing, communication and public relations programs and activities. Monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance

In May 2010 moved to take over Wared Syria General Manager Role. Responsibility to develop operations making it a profit center. Responsibilities included:
- Stock, transportation, control of legislation, costing and environmental pressures. These responsibilities varied depending on the specific role within Distribution Management, but in each role there was constant liaising between all parts of a supply chain
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of goods storage and transportation
- The coordination of an order cycle and the efficient allocation of staff resources in addition to prioritization according to data analysis of personnel performance

3- Promoting and Marketing on Behalf of Free Born Holding Limited Sharjah. Private Charters for Hajj and Umra Period Specially Oriented to the Islamic Countries and Communities Through Travel Agencies Located in The Western Countries and Through the Foreign and Specialized Ministry for Hajj & Omra in the Islamic Countries. ( Nigeria 16 000 Person, Ivory Coast 6 500 Person, Komor Islands 7 200 Person, Libya 10 000 Person, Iran 12 000, Afghanistan 4 000, Liberia 5 000, Germany 7000 Person, and the United States 7 500 Person).

4- As Al Insan for Advertising K.S.A is the exclusive Marketing Arm for the Islamic Solidarity Games Taking Place in K.S.A, We had the chance to launch and market successfully the mentioned project in an extremely short time. Collecting 47 Million Saudi Riyal Value Of Sponsorship.
These games are similar to the Olympic Games. It is attended by high ranking officials. Fifty Six Islamic countries were represented in these games.


5- Launching Different Strategies Pertaining to the Different Types of Magazines Issued by the Group in Order to reach One Million Saudi Riyal Revenue Per Month. (Alam Hawa', Mal w A'Amal, Top Cars, Lamsa & Sohat w Jamal) owned by Khashrami Media House K.S.A

Successfully launched and marketed Berytus products in Kesrouan, Jbeil and areas of North Lebanon. I also managed and trained a team of administration and field force members who covered all the areas mentioned above.
