IT Head for the regional training centre RTC at Kuwait.
Develop, test, deliver, monitor, control and support of IT services (ITIL).
Implementation of Global IT policies, procedures and standards.
Project management and execution.
Planning and maintaining IT budget.
Vendor Management through defining SOW, SLAs & KPIs. Establishing review mechanisms for the key vendors/partners for SLA & KPI enforcement.
Responsible for 4 countries, around 500 employees and 75 own retail shops. Office opening in 3 countries and retail expansion. ERP implementation, IT strategy, budget, IT service management, Keep the systems running, infrastructure and operations, team management, global IT standards and policies, manage IT staffing, Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations, Approve and oversee projects, Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives, Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements
