• Carry out a portfolio of responsibilities such as manage Business Accounts (Travel Agencies & Corporates) and Individual Passengers, assist in management information and general office administration
• Work closely with management and the team to review, develop and implement operating and administrative policies and procedures
• Handle complex enquiries and complaints and ensure accurate records are kept of communication with passengers and customers
• Review and create air fares, and execute fare distribution and other sales & marketing activities
• Prepare all group and event requirements, and coordinate with internal departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post event phases; primarily manage key accounts thru handling their room and event requirements (e.g. Meetings, Conferences, Exhibitions, Private Events)
• Handle loyalty program of all the properties worldwide within the InterContinental Hotels Group
• Deal with the guests queries with the Program, Hotels, Reservations, as well as member’s complaints, through different channels of communication
• Work with the stock market investments of the American Express financial investors
• Deal with complaints as to investment discrepancies
