•Directly coordinating with business partners on daily basis and stand as point of contact between distributors/buyers and sales department;
•Processing purchase orders received from distributors, confirming pricing & stock availability and delivery time;
•Generating and maintaining order files and sales data regularly;
•Issuing sales contract and pro-forma invoice based on customer P.O’s, product availability and agreed delivery schedule;
•Communicating with and within the sales team to gather information useful for the management in research and planning;
•Supporting and guiding the sales team in attaining sales targets;
•Involving in handling of sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreements;
•Liaising between sales and logistic division for shipping instruction issuance and preparation of shipping documents;
•Knowing production status from the factory and assuring direct shipments are delivered on schedule;
•Processing internal approvals for budget request, marketing development fund and price support for business partners;
