• Offers guidance to new customers regarding the services of the Telemoney Center;
• Provides assistance to new remitters and encode necessary information in the Bank System;
• Attends to various customer problems like delayed door to door and bank to bank transactions by consistently making follow-up calls;
• Receives incoming e-mails and prepare, plan, and organize the required response;
• Verifies big amount to be remitted by the clients;
• Handles agents of different companies and encode their remittances.
• Acts as teller of the agents transactions and facilitate remittances to the correspondent bank in the Philippines;
• Attends to various customer complains and deliver the needed requests;
• Prepares forms to be used in various transactions; and
• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the center manager.
