 Answers incoming and outgoing phone calls and distribute to the correspondence.
 Receives, assist clients and escort them to correct destinations, offices, rooms or meeting rooms.
 Performs general secretarial and administrative duties, including - meeting, scheduling, appointment set up, faxing and mailing.
 Take verbal and written memos and distribute them to exact correspondence.
 Receives and sort email and electronic deliveries.
 Accepts letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distributed to appropriate staff.
 Handles general requests for information and data.
 Handles delicate situations such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints.
 Performs basic customer service functions.
 Ensures maintenance of the front desk reception area, equipment, furniture, lighting, and brochures.
 Maintained a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
 With knowledge and background about insurance cards and its details.
 Bill patients and receive payments.
