Answers incoming and outgoing phone calls and distribute to the correspondence.
Receives, assist clients and escort them to correct destinations, offices, rooms or meeting rooms.
Performs general secretarial and administrative duties, including - meeting, scheduling, appointment set up, faxing and mailing.
Take verbal and written memos and distribute them to exact correspondence.
Receives and sort email and electronic deliveries.
Accepts letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distributed to appropriate staff.
Handles general requests for information and data.
Handles delicate situations such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints.
Performs basic customer service functions.
Ensures maintenance of the front desk reception area, equipment, furniture, lighting, and brochures.
Maintained a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
With knowledge and background about insurance cards and its details.
Bill patients and receive payments.
Welcomes clients and visitors, greet walk-in clients, answer or refer inquiries, answers questions in person or on the phone.
Assists clients for the completion of their Insurance Requirements for processing of their Claims.
Maintains client’s accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating insurance information.
Relays information to clients, Parts Department and Body Repair Department.
Responsible in coordinating with Insurance Company through online, Email and Phone.
Informs clients about the approval of their Insurance from the Insurance Company.
Coordinates with the insurance companies for coverage, claims and approvals.
Maintain forms and office supplies required on the office as per needed.
Do all the monitoring from Claims, Insurance, Parts, Job order issuance and the released units.
Organize meeting from our department and manage appointments.
Prepare reports and documentation of meetings.
Handles administrative requests and queries from all other co- worker.
Organize travel arrangements and bookings for monthly and yearly caravans and car exhibitions.
Updates and maintains dental records of patients by encoding it in the clinic’s computer program.
Creates different types of reports and forms
Helps in checking dental stocks for the clinic.
Carry out other tasks that may be assigned at times

Manage all youth activities
Conduct Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Activities
Gives Administrative Support to all local Officials
Makes the Paperwork like Payroll, Program of Work, Filing of Programs and Activities.
Conducts Seminar and other related youth activities.
Coordinate with other Local Government Unit.
Attends Monthly Sessions
Develop and maintain filing system of all files.
Ensure high level of organizational effectiveness and communication.
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the organizations activities.
