- Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of Fresenius Hemodialysis machine and water treatment (RO) machine installed.
- In charge in commissioning of new machines to hospitals.
- Check the readiness of the hospital/center for the installation of the machine.
- And perform also coordination with the hospital people for the installation and proper scheduling.
- Provide technical support, analysis of fault and repair of the HD machine and water treatment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance as per PPM schedule.
- Perform calibration.
- Perform inventory of stocks (spare part issued).
- Work as resident engineer in King Khalid University Hospital (Riyadh, KSA) for the HD machine.
- Work also as field service engineer on a on-call basis for the hospital under my responsibility.
- Document the installation and repair of machines as per company procedure.
- Perform software update for the HD machine.

- Performs Installation, Preventive maintenance and repair of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Equipment, Laboratory and Scientific Instruments, Molecular Biology Instruments, Animal Scientific Instruments and other biomedical equipment.
- Provide training to users on biomedical equipment installed.
- Performs product presentation to customer primarily in hospitals (King Fahad Medical City, NGH, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, etc. and major Kingdom university(KSU, KKUH, Al Majmaah University, Al Qassim University, etc.)
- Updating inventory of all medical equipment delivered to company.
- Evaluate the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
- Assist in preparation of tender for customer

- Assists the QA Department Manager in Outgoing Quality Assurance
- Assist the QA Manager in compiling, maintaining effective and efficient quality management system
- Act as Internal Quality Auditor.
- Handles PCBA products/Customer
(Customers: GE, ABB, Qualcomm, Cognex, Sense Air, Robert Bosch)
- Liaise with the NPI group for the New projects Implementation to make sure quality is reached and maintained until Mass Production
- Lead quality & reliability related activities both external and internal to ensure that project/product quality meets the internal & customer's requirements like sending units to external lab like SGS, TUV SUV and monitors the result
- In charge in the creation control plans for new model.
- Liaise with the Customers for the closure of complaints(i.e. customer from Asia, USA, Switzerland, and other European countries)
- Liaise with the vendors and supplier for the action items needed in the Quality problems encountered in the plant due to part problem.
- Handles Quality audit by Customers and Third party/Standard Qualifying Body like VB, CSA, UL and NRTL.
- Initiates the Analysis of parts Quality Problems encountered on the plant.
- Verifies the results of outgoing inspection and judge defect based on IPC Standard.
- Initiates analysis of defect detected in outgoing inspection.
- Monitors the execution of the process to meets the quality requirements of the handled product.
- Work closely with the SMT/Backend Process Engineer to maintain and improved the quality of the products and defect closure.
- Handles MRB and NCMR closure.
- Monitors ECO Implementation

- Assists the QA Department Manager in Outgoing Quality Assurance and
monitors all activities in outgoing inspection
- Represents as the immediate alternate in the absence of Assistant
Manager/Department Manager.
- Supervises all activities in quality management, analysis and documentation.
- Handles Quality Meeting to related Sections when quality problem arises.
- Schedules the manpower work assignment for Engineers and inspectors.
- Conducts quality weekly and monthly meeting together with related sections.
- Checks monthly quality report for finished product.
- Conducts necessary training for staff and leaders related technical know-how
about the printer and its parts and other management related skills.
- Verifies the results of outgoing inspection.
- Analyzes the cause of defect in outgoing inspection.
- Supports the Production in preventing defect recurrence.
- Prepares and implements Evaluation/Test plan for new Terminal Printer Models from Engineering Stage to Mass Production Stage
- Represents as the immediate alternate in the absence of Supervisor
- Handles the Initial Evaluation for new Terminal Printer Models
- Monitors the progress of Quality Check and Reliability Test for both Old and New Terminal Printer Models
- Responsible for the overall control of all inspection programs used in Outgoing Inspection
- Prepares programs for both Evaluation and Inspection purposes
- Monitors the Technical Notices, Inspection Notices, and other related documents
- Prepares Inspection Work Standards and revises any changes.
- Updates the Inspection Standards and reports from time to time.
- Assists in conducting printing examination to all Quality Assurance and Production Staff, Printing Operators and QA Inspectors.
- Prepares corresponding Lot Rejection and Defect Notices.
- Conduct suppliers Audit for parts related defect with coordination to Parts Engineering.
- Handles meeting to related section with regards to outgoing defect prevention for parts related defect.
- Prepares quality monthly report for Parts/Difficult Quality status.
- Monitors and analyze the occurrence problems encountered in outgoing inspection verifies/formulate permanent action.
- Monitor and make schedule of weekly OQA Defect status for parts related problem.
- Analyze initial Ink Charge and head replacement result
- Support the Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor in OQA System improvement
- Trains, directs, disciplines, educates and evaluates the performance of the subordinates
- Supervises the manpower scheduling for the out-going inspection process.
- Conducts necessary training for Staff and Inspectors related to inspection, standard, and procedures
- Conduct Meeting with other section for the Closure of Defect.
- Informs relevant section for defect occurrence and confirmation
- Initiates the investigation and analysis of the quality problem found from the QA inspection.
- Recommends preventive countermeasure for the OQC defects to insure that the quality level is attained.
- Responsible for the safety and testing equipment, jigs and tools maintenance
- Monitors the rework activities of the production line
- Responsible for the issuance of HOLD Order of Shipment Schedule whenever Quality Problem occurs
